Charlotte, NC - The Charlotte women's tennis team defeated Pfeiffer 7-0 in dual match action.

Alice Hansen defeated Kerry Felstead 6-2, 6-2 in number one singles.

Lauren Hastings defeated Doris Reinholz 6-2, 6-0 in number two singles.

Gina Craig defeated Jennifer Isenhour 6-2, 6-1 in number three singles.

Stacie Luders defeated Tanya Clontz 6-3, 6-1 in number four singles.

Bailey Gainey defeated Kaci Craver 6-0, 6-0 in number five singles.

Kelly Rue defeated Melissa Wells 6-0, 6-1 in number six singles.

In doubles action, Hansen and Hastings won their number one doubles match 8-3.

Luders and Craig won their number two doubles match 8-2.

Then, the doubles team of Gainey and Rue won their number three doubles match 8-1.

This marked the second career win by first year head coach Terry-Ann Zawacki Woods.
