HUNTINGTON, WVA - The women's tennis team lost at nationally ranked #62 Marshall, 7-0. Charlotte hosts Georgia Southern, Sunday, March 24 in their next match.

In number one doubles, Charlotte's Alice Hansen and Laura Swain lost to Marshall's Mitina, Sukner, 8-0. In number two doubles, Charlotte's Jana Cucciniello and Jennifer Hatch lost to Marshall's Johnson and Kroh, 8-1. In number three doubles, Charlotte's Courtney Clifford and Stacie Luders lost to Marshall's Good and Hock, 8-1.

In number one singles, Charlotte's Hansen lost to Marshall's Johnson, 6-0, 6-2. In number two doubles, Charlotte's Swain lost to Marshall's Mitina, 6-2, 6-0. In number three singles, Charlotte's Cucciniello lost to Marshall's Sukner, 6-2, 6-1. In number four singles, Charlotte's Hatch lost to Marshall's Nzudie, 6-3, 6-0. In number five singles, Charlotte's Lauren Hastings lost to Marshall's Kroh, 6-2, 6-1. In number six singles, Charlotte's Clifford lost to Marshall's Hock, 6-3, 6-1.
