CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers softball team will host Stony Brook, Tulsa, Charleston Southern and Radford in the 49ers Invitational this weekend at the Phillips Sports Complex. The five teams will play 11 games over three days.

The first game begins Friday at 9:00 a.m. with Stony Brook playing Radford. Charlotte(9-6) plays in the final game on Friday, taking on Charleston Southern at 3:30. On Saturday, the Niners play at 11:00 and 1:30 against Radford and Stony Brook, respectively. Charlotte plays in the first game Sunday versus Tulsa at 10:00. The championship game is scheduled for 2:00.

Admission to all games is free. The Phillips Sports Complex is located on the Charlotte campus below the Irwin Belk Track and Field Center.
