CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers softball team will host Robert Morris, College of Charleston, East Tennessee State and Pittsburgh in the First Pitch Classic this weekend at the Phillips Sports Complex. The five teams will play 11 games over three days.

The first game begins Friday at 9:00 a.m. with Robert Morris playing East Tennessee State. The 49ers play in the final two games on Friday, taking on Robert Morris at 1:30 and College of Charleston at 3:30. On Saturday, the Niners play at 3:30 against East Tennessee State. Charlotte plays in the first game Sunday versus Pittsburgh at 10:00. The championship game is scheduled for 2:00.

Admission to all games is free. The Phillips Sports Complex is located on the Charlotte campus below the Irwin Belk Track and Field Center.

10:00 - Pittsburgh vs. Charlotte
