Welcome to The "N"th degree. This week's spotlight player is sophomore women's soccer player Lindsay Duncan.

Hometown: Grayson, Georgia

What are your personal goals this season? To stay healthy, to help our team do well this year, and to have fun!

Do you have a nickname? Too many - Dunc, Peppermint Patty, Duncan Donuts, ALF, Hi-C, Chubs Rock, and the list goes on.

Favorite TV Show: Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Favorite Music Group: N'Sync.

What do you like most about playing/competing for Charlotte? I love the girls on the team. We are all really good friends which makes everyday fun.

What did you think when you first met Coach Roberts? I thought he was a nice guy that was easy to talk to and get along with.

If you had to give up all your possessions but one, what would you keep?: My Bible.

Favorite Food: Cheese Pizza.

Least Favorite Food: Blueberries - Bad experience when I was little. I'm traumatized.

What do you do in your free time? What free time? Just kidding. I like to sleep, shop, hang out, or do whatever. Nobody knows how much I like to: Sing really loud when I am in the car alone.

Do you have any pregame rituals? No, but I think this year I might try to think of one.

What is your best nonathletic talent? Word finds. I love those things. If you could switch places with one person for a day, who would it be? The Little Mermaid.

Favorite hobbies: Travelling, Water-skiing, Bowling, Singing.

What do you want to do after graduation? Open a pajama shop.

What is your greatest moment in sports? Probably my junior year of high school when my high school team won the state championship.

My ultimate SportsCenter highlight would be: Probably the state championship game - assisted game-winning goal.

When you were a kid, what did you want to do when you grew up? Work at Kroger so I could scan items.

If you could bring one thing from your hometown to Charlotte, what would it be? My family.

After your career, what will your favorite memory of Charlotte be? Probably just the soccer team - all the girls.

What is your goal in life? To be more like Jesus Christ.

What is the funniest thing you have seen at a game? At one game in high school, there were millions of huge beetles everywhere on the field. They were all over our uniforms and in our hair. It was disgusting.

Who has influenced you the most in your life? Probably my parents.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received? "Get it done"

If you could go back and experience one moment in history, what would it be? I'd want to be the first person to walk on the moon. For me to improve as a person, I need to: Become less forgetful. I lose everything.

What advice do you have for kids? Dream big dreams and work hard to achieve them.
