Charlotte, NC - Charlotte men's tennis team defeated #52 South Florida 4-3. This marked the team's first ever win over Conference USA rival South Florida.

In number one singles, Charlotte's Ola Jonsson lost to South Florida's Martin Wetzel, 6-3, 6-2.

In number two singles, Charlotte's Jacob Nordwall defeated South Florida's Palo Antelo, 6-3, 6-3.

In number three singles, Charlotte's Joakim Peterson defeated South Florida's Boris Babic, 6-4, 6-4.

In number four singles, Charlotte's Thomas Oggesen defeated South Florida's Nadim Naser, 6-1, 6-3.

In number five singles, Charlotte's Simon Dawson lost to South Florida's Max Dockhorn, 6-1, 6-1.

In number six singles, Charlotte's David Bolin defeated South Florida's Jit Shah, 5-7, 6-4, 6-4.

In doubles action, South Florida won all three hard fought matches.

In number one doubles, Charlotte's Ola Jonsson and Thomas Oggesen lost to South Florida's Wetzel and Antelo, 8-5.

In number two doubles, Charlotte's Jacob Nordwall and Joakim Peterson lost to South Florida's Naser and Dockhorn, 8-5.

In number three doubles, Charlotte's Jonathan McGovern and Simon Dawson lost to South Florida's Jorge Escallon and Boris Babic, 9-7.
