Isaac Caughran scored his first career goal which proved to be the game-winner in the 49ers 4-0 win over UCF

Charlotte, NC - Freshman midfielder Isaac Caughran, off Charlotte's 20th ranked men's soccer team, was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for his performance in the 49ers 4-0 win over UCF last Tuesday. He is the first 49er to be named A-10 Rookie of the Week this season.

Caughran scored his first career goal which proved to be the game-winner in the 49ers 4-0 win over UCF last Tuesday.

Caughran is one of nine players on the 49ers roster to have scored a goal this season as Charlotte has outscored their first nine foes, 24-8.

Caughran and the rest of the 49ers men's soccer team have a busy week with three road games. First, Charlotte plays #12 Maryland on the road, Tuesday, October 7 at 7 pm. Then, the 49ers open A-10 play on the road this weekend at Fordham and La Salle.
