Charlotte - The Charlotte 49ers men's soccer team hosts #18 South Carolina, Wednesday, September 19 at 7 pm at Charlotte's Transamerica Field.

Both teams return to action after having their matches last week postponed due to the national tragedy. Neither team has seen action since the September 7-9 weekend.

Charlotte enters the match with a record of 1-1-2 after posting two hard fought 1-1 double overtime ties with Memphis and Alabama A & M at the Memphis Tournament, September 7-9.

South Carolina enters the match with a record of 2-1. Their only loss on the season was to #1 SMU.

Charlotte won the last meeting between the two teams, 2-1, in Columbia last season, September 3. This match will mark the 14th meeting between the two former Metro Conference rivals.

Admission to the match is $5 for adults and $2 for all youth 17 and under. All Charlotte students are admitted free with a valid student ID.
