CINCINNATI - With Cincinnati's overtime victory Sunday vs. Memphis, the Conference USA Men's Basketball Tournament has been set.

Charlotte, the #4 seed, will face the winner of #5 Saint Louis and #12 Tulane, Thursday at 9:30 p.m.

The 49ers receive a first-round bye in the tournament, which begins Wednesday at the Firstar Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The top-seeded Bearcats will face the winner of the #8 South Florida - #9 UAB game, Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

#2 Marquette will face the #7 Louisville - #10 TCU winner.

#3 Memphis will play the winner of the #6 Houston - # 11 East Carolina game.

The first round games will be played Wed., Mar. 6. The quarterfinals are slated for Thursday with the semifinals set for Friday at 5:00 and 7:30. The Championship will be played Saturday at 11:40 a.m.
