LUTZ PASSES MULLINS AS ALL-TIME WINNINGEST COACH: With 183 wins as the 49ers head coach, Bobby Lutz has passed Jeff Mullins as the 49ers all-time winningest coach. Jeff Mullins, a former Duke all-America who won a gold medal on the 1964 US Olympic team before a stellar NBA career that included a World Championship with the 1976 Golden State Warriors, posted a 182-142 record in 11 years with the 49ers (1986-96). His five 30-point games are the most by a 49er in one season since 1990-91, when Henry Williams set a school-record with six games of 30 or more points. This is only the fifth time in school history that a player has boasted five or more games of 30+ points in one season and the sixth time a player has posted 30+ in back-to-back games.
