Xavier shot .636 for the game -- the highest by an opponent this year. Four of the 49ers last five opponents have shot over 54%. Charlotte is 1-4 in those games.
Charlotte shot a season-low .069 from three-point range (2-29) and did not hit a three-pointer in the second half (0-for-18).
De'Angelo Alexander notched his 3rd double-double of the year with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
E.J. Drayton scored 15 points, hitting 6-of-10 shots. He added seven rebounds and took four charges. He only hit 3-of-10 free throws, however.

Drayton (6-of-10) and Courtney Williams (3-of-4) were the only regulars (more than 10 minutes played) to shoot over 50%.
Leemire Goldwire hit both of his free throws, giving him a string of 19 made in a row, the longest streak by a 49er this season.
De'Angelo Alexander has now score 913 points in his two-year 49ers career. Alexander is looking to become just the fifth 49er to reach 1000 points in two seasons, joining Henry Williams, Lew Massey, Robert Earl Blue and George Jackson.
Charlotte opens a three-game homestand, Wednesday vs. Richmond (7:30 p.m.). The 49ers also host Fordham (Sat., 3:00 p.m - HOMECOMING) and UL-Lafayette (Tues., Feb. 13; 7:30 p.m.).
