The 49ers top scorer in 2005-06, De'Angelo was a first-team all-Atlantic 10 choice and is ranked among the best wing forwards in the country. An excellent shooter, he led the A-10 in three-pointers made (96; 3.0 gm) while shooting .429 from long-range last year but he also has the ability to get into the lane and finish off the dribble. Transferred to Charlotte from Oklahoma (sat out 2004-05). He was a member of USA Basketball's 2003 U-21 National team, averaging 11.9 points and 6.4 rebounds as Team USA posted a 7-1 record in Greece.

Averaged 11.9 points and 6.4 rebounds as Team USA posted a 7-1 record at the FIBA World Championships in Greece .... 6.2 points and 3.2 rebounds as USA won 2003 Global Games gold medal (5-0) in Dallas.
