Charlotte's First Tournament Game Bumped to 4:14 Start

With Xavier Loss, Loser of Duquesne and Charlotte Plays Tonight against Temple

May 22, 2008

Camden, N.J. - Due to the length of the first game of the day at the Atlantic 10 Baseball Championships, the Charlotte versus Duquesne baseball game, the first of the A-10 Tournament for the Niners, will begin at 4:14 p.m.

With top-seeded Xavier losing in a long contest to begin the day, that means the loser of the Duquesne-Charlotte game will have to play again tonight against fourth-seeded Temple at approx. 8 p.m.

Duquesne advanced to this round by virtue of a 16-6 win over St. Bonaventure on Wednesday.

Joe Yermal of Charlotte will oppose Paul Bugajski of Duquesne in today's contest.

Live stats and audio are available at charlotte49ers.com throughout the tournament.
