Wednesday Night Game vs. Furman Rained Out

Charlotte, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers baseball game scheduled for Wednesday night vs. Furman has been cancelled. No make up date was immediately announced, but the teams will likely attempt to re-schedule the game in the future.
Rain in the Charlotte area Wednesday and more expected rain throughout the evening prompted the cancellation of the game.
Charlotte (28-12-1, 12-3 A-10) will resume conference play in a three-game series vs. Saint Louis this weekend at home. The 49ers and Billikens will meet at 6:00 Friday, 2:00 Saturday and 12:00 Sunday.
