Former Niners Face Off at Midwest League All-Star Game
6/20/2008 - A pair of former Charlotte baseball teammates and graduates, Spencer Steedley and Derek McDaid, played on opposite sides in the 2008 Midwest League All-Star Game, held on Tuesday at Dow Diamond in Midland, Michigan, home of the Great Lakes Loons. Read Full Release
Pair of Charlotte Freshmen Further Honored This Week
6/13/2008 - A pair of Charlotte 49ers freshmen, second baseman Corey Shaylor and right handed pitcher Joe Yermal, both were honored by several publications this week for their excellent rookie years.
