Sherry led the Charlotte 49ers to their first ever league title in men's cross country last weekend at the Conference USA Championships. He was the first to complete the 8,000-meter course for the 49ers, finishing third overall with a time of 24:56.29. He joins Celena Illuzzi from the women's side as the program's only four-time all-conference selections.
