Cross Country 2009: Top finish of year came at USC Upstate Invite (15th; 27:00.61)...Personal best time of 26:43.1 at Charlotte Invitational placing 53rd...Ran a time of 26:05 at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite...Finished 31st in the USC Upstate Eye Opener with 27:24 time. Outdoor 2009: Competed in 800M (1:55.87), 1500M (4:02.43) and 4x800M Relay (7:34.70). Indoor 2009: Ran first leg of 3rd Place 4x800M Relay Team at A-10 Championship...Also competed in 800M (1:57.34). Cross Country 2008: Competed in three races...Turned in his best time of the year with a 27:17 performance at the Paul Short Run. Outdoor 2008: Ran a 1:53.41 to finish 23rd in the 800m run at the Georgia Tech Invitational. Indoor 2008: Finished the 800m run at the Carolina Invitational with a time of 1:57.35, which was the third fastest time on the team...Went 2:32.91 in the 1000m run at the Penn State National Open. To place 14th in the event. Cross Country 2007: Did not compete. Outdoor 2007: Member of the 4x800m relay team that set a facility record, conference record and program record with a 7:28.97 showing at the 2007 Atlantic 10 Championships...Ran a 1:54.90 800m, good for fourth in the program for the season. Indoor 2007: 800m @ Clemson Invite 2:01.14, 1000m @ Penn State 2:36.36... Cross Country 2006: Finished 84th at the 4k at Winthrop with a time of 22:13.
Prep: Lapp was the 2006 NC 2A state runner up in the 800-meter run with a 1:57.1.
