At Charlotte - Outdoor 2009: Competed in 800m (1:57.43), 1500m (3:59.58) and 4x1500m Relay (16:09.16). Indoor 2009: Ran a 4:22.40 mile at the Virginia Tech Elite. Cross Country 2008: Did not compete. Outdoor 2008: Ran the second fastest team time of the season in the 3000m run with a time of 8:46.30 at the Duke Invitational as he finished 15th...Crossed the line in a time of 15:21.16 at the Princeton Invitational. Indoor 2008: Redshirted. Cross Country 2007: Placed second at the Gamecock Invitational...Ran a personal best 26:04 at the Eye Opener... Outdoor 2007: Logged a 1:57.55 finish in the 800m at the Wake Forest Invitational...Ran a 3:59.83 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational...Indoor 2007: 800m @ UNC Carolina Invite 2:01.13, Mile @ A-10 4:19.27, Distance Medley Relay @ Penn State 10:22.30, 4x800m @ A-10 with school-record time of 7:50.63. Cross Country 2006 Finished ninth in the 3k at Charlotte Relays with a time of 15:49...Finished 18that the 5k at Winthrop with a time of 27:14.
Prep: Four-time All-Region performer and six-time All-Conference winner in Cross and Track. placed 11th in the N.C. 4A State Cross Country Meet in 2005, and also won the Freedom Cross Country Invitational in the fall. Last spring, Ford qualified for the state track championships in the 800-meter run, where he ran 1:58.64 and placed seventh overall.
