The 49ers will host one home tournament this spring, April 3, against five other schools.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers volleyball team is preparing for their spring season. Individual workouts and team practices are already underway.

Charlotte will open play with the first of a pair of tournaments this weekend. The 49ers host five schools -- North Carolina, Wake Forest, Winthrop, Elon and Appalachian -- this weekend. The second tournament will be April 17 at South Carolina.
