Philadelphia - Following their strong performances at Friday's Appalachian State Invitational, senior Lamarra Currie, sophomore Darius Law and freshman Sam Jordan were each honored with A-10 weekly honors.
Currie and Law each earned Performer of the Week nods, while Jordan picked up the conference's Rookie of the Week award following his first intercollegiate race.
Currie picked up the Women's A-10 Performer of the Week award after winning the 55m dash and the 200m dash events to start her senior season off on the right foot. The Apex, N.C. native sprinted across the finish with winning times of 6.95 in the 55m dash and a 25-flat time in the 200m dash. Her 55m dash time was the fourth fastest time in school history and the second fastest time of her stellar 49er career in the event.
Law snapped the 400m indoor school record with a time of 47.92 en route to earning Performer of the Week honors for the first time this season. Law was the 2008 Indoor and Outdoor Rookie of the Year while also being named the Outdoor Performer of the Year.
Law eclipsed the former 400m mark of 47.93, which was set by Adam Evans at the beginning of the decade in 2001 at the Virginia Tech Pepsi Invitational in Blacksburg, Va.
The Raleigh, N.C. native now owns the 300m and 400m indoor school marks, with the latter being good enough for second place overall at Friday's meet.
In his first intercollegiate race, Jordan broke the 22 second plateau in the 200m dash and placed himself in seventh place on the all-time Charlotte Men's Indoor list in the event with a second place finish, earning A-10 Rookie of the Week honors.

Jordan also competed in the 55m dash but due to a false start, he did not record a time in the finals.
Charlotte is out of action for the remainder of 2008, but will be back in action on January 16 & 17 when it travels to Blacksburg, Va., for the Hokie Invitational.
