RALEIGH, N.C. - Charlotte's track and field teams broke three school records at the Raleigh Relays over the weekend. The 49ers posted top marks in the women's pole vault and the men's 400 and 4x800 relay.

Danielle Taylor raised her own record in the pole vault, clearing a height of 11'5.75" to finish seventh. She bettered the previous record by six inches, which she set at the 49ers Classic two weeks ago.

Adam Evans led the men's team, breaking his own school record in the 400-meter dash. He placed 14th in Raleigh with a time of 47.95. He set the previous record at last year's Charlotte Invitational. The 49ers also set a new record in the 4x800 relay. Mark Weems, Ian Dickinson, Josh Baker and Dan Monroe posted a time of 7:42.59 to finish ninth.
