SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Charlotte 49ers' Vince Sherry and Ian Dickinson competed in the 3,000-meter run at Notre Dame's Alex Wilson Invitational on Saturday.

Sherry finished ninth with a time of 8:21.7, while Dickinson was 12th with an 8:25.2 time. Their times were the 49ers' fastest this season.
