Results

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - Derrick Johnson and Koiyan Morlu both broke the school record in the 55-meter dash at Maryland-Eastern Shore's Hawk Games, running a 6.30 in the preliminaries.

Morlu went on to win the event, posting a time of 6.44. Johnson finished second with a time of 6.47. Adam Evans also won the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.60.

Michelle Dixon led the women's team. She ran a 7.16 to win the 55 meters. Dixon also finished second in the 200 with a time of 25.65.

The Niners return to action this weekend when they compete at North Carolina's Fast Times meet in Chapel Hill.
