Dear Women's Soccer Athletic Trainer,

On behalf of the Charlotte 49ers, we would like to welcome you to the University of North Carolina Charlotte. We hope that your stay here is safe and uneventful. Please let us know if you need anything during your visit to Charlotte. Our main athletic training room is located on the bottom level of the Barnhardt Activity Center in room 090. Normal operating hours are 8am- 6pm weekdays but will remain open for the duration of the soccer game and per game schedule on the weekends. Please make advanced contact with me for your treatment needs or special arrangements such as whirlpools.

The following services will be available to you in our main athletic training room during your visit to Charlotte:

• Hydrocollator packs
• Whirlpools
• Electrical Simulation Units
• Ultrasound
• Taping tables
• Ice, ice cups
• Basic supplies and first aid materials

For the game, the field set up will include ice, water, cups, safety equipment (including AED), and a biohazard kit for your bench. Our team physicians will be available for games and possible practice sessions. If you need our physicians' assistance please let me know so he can assist with your problem.
