Dear Softball Athletic Trainer:

On behalf of the Charlotte 49ers, we would like to welcome you to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. We hope that your stay here is safe and uneventful. Please let me know if you need anything during your visit to Charlotte. Our main training room is located on the bottom level of the Barnhardt Student Center in room 090. There is also a small training room located in the Wachovia Fieldhouse adjacent to the softball field.

The following services will be available to you during your visit to Charlotte:

• The main training room hours are 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday and by appointment on the weekend. Please make advanced contact and we will arrange for your use of this facility, if needed.
• Ultrasound, stim, heat packs, taping table and an AED are provided at the Wachovia Training Room.
• Our team physician will be available if needed

For the game, ice, water, cups, safety equipment, and a biohazard kit will be provided for you at your bench. If no athletic trainer is traveling, please provide a stocked medical kit and signed prescription for treatments. Again, if any questions or requests please feel free to call.
