Alexander earned his first Atlantic 10 honor on Monday, when he was chosen as co-Player of the Week for his efforts in last week's game against Valparaiso.

In his first season on the court for the 49ers after sitting out last year as a transfer from Oklahome State, De'Angelo scored a career-high 32 points and handed out four assists against Valpo on December 10. He was 11 of 18 (.611) from the field, including 7 of 10 (.700) from the 3-point line and 3 of 3 from the free throw stripe.

De'Angelo's seven three-pointers were just one off the Halton Arena record. He added three rebounds and a steal in the game.
