Curtis Withers posted back-to-back double-doubles as the 49ers battled Mississippi State and Georgia State, last week. In the two games, he averaged 22.0 points and 12.0 rebounds while shooting .571 from the field (16-of-28).

Against Mississippi State, Withers scored 20 points with 14 rebounds. He also led the Niners at Georgia State with 24 points and 10 rebounds.

Withers has posted four double-doubles in five games, including each of the last three. He has also scored 20 or more points in the last three games. He currently ranks sixth in the Atlantic 10 with a 19.6 scoring average and tops the league with 11.2 rebounds. Withers ranks fourth all-time in Charlotte 49ers history with 32 career double-doubles.
