Halton Arena - As of the close of business, Monday, Nov. 17, the 49ers had received reservations for 4703 Forty-Niner Seat Licenses (FSL's). That translates to a projected $4,703,000 worth of support for 49ers football since Chancellor Dr. Phil Dubois' recommendation to add football was made on Thursday, Sept. 18. At this time, no money has been accepted by the 49ers ticket office. The 49ers will announce the FSL parameters and ticket policy in January.

The Chancellor's recommendation called for the sale of 5000 FSL's within six months of January's launch of FSL sales. The Chancellor's recommendation to add football went unopposed in a vote of the Board of Trustees, Nov. 13. Less than a week later, the 49ers are nearing 95% of the Chancellor's goal of 5000 FSL's.

Of note, 73% of the FSL reservation accounts are held by individuals or corporations that are not currently 49er Club members. In addition, 70% are held by university alumni.
