Taylor hit .545 as A-10 favorite Charlotte swept its season-opening three-game series vs. Manhattan. Taylor led the team in hits and doubles over the weekend, scored five runs and drove home four. He hit two doubles in one inning, Saturday. He leads the 49ers in batting average and on-base pct.
