CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Single session passes for the 2011 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship Second/Third Rounds in Charlotte, NC will go on sale Thursday, March 17 at 8am. Second/Third Round match-ups will be held at Time Warner Cable Arena.

Fans now have the opportunity to purchase an All-Session package, available for $231, to catch all of the action of two second round sessions (four games) on Friday, March 18 and one third round session (two games) on Sunday, March 20 or a single session pass for $77 providing admission to one session, two games. All-session passes are currently available, while the single session pass will be available for purchase Thursday, March 17 at 8am. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ncaa.com/mbbtickets, at the Time Warner Cable Arena Box Office or by calling 704.688.9011.

Fans looking to catch a preview of the eight teams at the Charlotte site will have the chance to do so as the NCAA will conduct an open practice day, on Thursday, March 17.  Admission is FREE and open to the public. 

The NCAA cautions fans to purchase game tickets only from authorized sources. Fans are advised to purchase any tickets still available directly from NCAA.com; from PrimeSport (the NCAA’s official ticket and hospitality package provider), host institutions or conferences and ticket offices of participating schools. NCAA tickets bear unique security features that cannot be reproduced.  Individuals who purchase tickets from unauthorized sources, including unauthorized street vendors, run the risk of purchasing tickets that are not authentic and do not grant entrance to tournament games.
