CHARLOTTE, NC - The NCAA will hold open practices on Thursday, March 17 featuring all eight teams competing in the 2011 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship Second/Third Rounds in Charlotte, NC at Time Warner Cable Arena. Open practices begin at 12pm and are FREE and open to the public.

The open practice schedule at Time Warner Cable Arena is as follows:

  • 12:00-12:40pm University of Tennessee
  • 12:45-1:25pm Hampton University
  • 1:30-2:10pm University of Michigan
  • 2:15-2:55pm Duke University
  • 4:25-5:05pm University of North Carolina
  • 5:10-5:50pm University of Washington
  • 5:55-6:35pm Long Island University
  • 6:40-7:20pm University of Georgia

Second Round action begins Friday, March 18 at 12:40pm, jump starting a four game day. The Third Round will feature winners from Second Round play on Sunday, March 20 with times yet to be determined. All-session passes, which include admission to all six games, are available for $231 allowing fans to watch Duke, Georgia, Hampton, Long Island, Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee and Washington battle it out for two spots in the Sweet 16. A limited quantity of seats remain available in the 19,221 seat Time Warner Cable Arena. Tickets can be purchased online at ncaa.com/mbbtickets or by calling 704.688.9011.

Second Round - Friday, March 18 - Time Warner Cable Arena

  • 8 Michigan vs. 9 Tennessee - 12:40pm ET
  • 1 Duke vs. 16 Hampton - 30 Minutes Following
  • 2 North Carolina vs. 15 Long Island - 7:15pm
  • 7 Washington vs. 10 Georgia - 30 Minutes Following

Third Round - Sunday, March 20 - Time Warner Cable Arena

  • 1 Duke/16 Hampton winner vs. 8 Michigan/9 Tennessee winner
  • 2 North Carolina/15 Long Island winner vs. 7 Washington/10 Georgia winner
