Hummer returned to the 49ers in the fall of 2007, after a previous six-year stint with Charlotte 49ers Athletics. She currently works with the Softball,. volleyball and women's soccer programs, assisting with the strength and conditioning of the student-athletes of those teams.
She was a four-year letterwinner for the Charlotte 49ers women's soccer program (95-98). The former Stacy Weaver was a two-time team captain and earned All-Conference USA honors twice. She was a major part of two Conference USA Tournament championships. As a senior, she helped lead Charlotte to their first ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament in 1998. She also spent seven years in the W-League where she won a national championship with the Charlotte Eagles.
She is CSCS certified by the NSCA, NASM-PES and is USAW certified, and graduated from Charlotte in 1999 with a degree in Health Fitness and Kinesiology. In 2001, she received a Master's Degree in Health Promotion and Exercise Physiology from Charlotte.
She is married to Mike Hummer, Director of the 49ers Athletic Foundation. They have two children, son Braden (7) and daughter Brylie (3), and the family lives in Harrisburg.
