At Charlotte -

2013 Indoor: Ran a season-best time in the 1000m (2:32.18) at the Hokie Invitational and finished in 13^th place … Clocked a time of 4:21.57 in the mile at the Tiger Paw Invitational … Was ninth in the 3000m (8:56.27) at the UAB Blazer Invitational. 

2012 Cross Country: Competed in four races (one unattached) ... Was seventh at the Charlotte Duals 5K (16:16) ...Finished 49^th at the Toledo Regional with a time of 20:46.9 ... Was fifth for the 49ers and 90^th overall at the Atlantic 10 Championships (28:08.2).

Prep: Was first in the 4X800 relay, third in the 1600 meters and fourth in the 4X400 relay at districts ... Finished second in the 4X800 relay with a time of 7:43.00 and fifth in the 1600 meters (4:18.8) ...  In 2011 in cross country finished seventh at districts and eighth at conference championships.
