Adam Jordan serves as the Associate Head Athletic Trainer. In this role, he heads the operations of all things related to athletic training of the Charlotte Men’s Basketball Team. Prior to this position Adam was an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Charlotte 49ers football program for 3 years.
Adam has been a member of the Charlotte 49er family since 2005. He received his Master’s Degree in 2015 from Charlotte emphasis in Kinesiology with a research focus in Graston Technique in Intercollegiate Athletes with chronic ankle instability. He received his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2009. He then served as a Graduate Assistant for the Charlotte 49ers Men’s Soccer program from 2009-2012, including the 2011 run to the National Championship Game at the College Cup. During his time as a student with the Charlotte 49ers, Adam served as a student athletic trainer for the Davidson College Football Program and an intern with the Carolina Panthers in 2008 and 2010. Other accomplishments consist of serving as the medical coordinator for the CONCACAF Gold Cup in 2010 and working as an athletic trainer for special events with Carolinas Medical Center.
Originally from Greensboro, N.C., Adam resides in Charlotte with his Fiancé Brittany and dog Sunny. In his free time, Adam enjoys playing sports, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors and photography.
