Mark Bialkoski is in his first season as Director of Basketball Operations. He spent the past three years as a program assistant and a graduate manager with the Charlotte 49ers men's basketball program.

Throughout his previous three years at Charlotte he has done all advance opponents scouting, assisted in scheduling, and managed all video related tasks for the coaching staff in addition to designing and developing the first Charlotte 49er Men's Basketball Newsletter.  Mark facilitated all pre and post game practice set-up, created recruiting mail-outs and was a key resource to all basketball operational functions.

The Jacksonville, Florida native earned a Bachelor's of Science with a major in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern in 2008. While at Georgia Southern, Bialkoski served as head manager for the men's basketball program under Head Coach Jeff Price. During his time at Georgia Southern, the Eagles captured the 2006 Southern Conference Championship. He also served as assistant director of the Jeff Price Basketball Camp.
