Charlotte, NC - Several members of the Charlotte 49ers men's basketball team helped prepare and serve lunch at the Men's Homeless Shelter in Uptown Charlotte today.

Former 49ers coach Lee Rose, who guided the 49ers to the 1977 Final Four and the 1976 NIT Championship, helped arrange the 49ers visit to the Homeless Shelter. Coach Rose, who helps at the Shelter regularly, joined the 49ers on their visit.

Senior Colby Lewis and sophomores Pierria Henry and Terrence Williams along with Coach Alan Major and Director of Operations Mark Bialkoski and Associate Director of Operations Stephen Doughton were members of the current 49ers men's basketball program that prepared and served lunch at the Shelter.
