Scott Byrd enters his second year as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Charlotte. Scott graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in History. In 2007, Scott received his master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pfeiffer University. Prior to Scott's arrival at Charlotte, his previous compliance experience included working at Wake Forest University from 2006-2008 as their Compliance Specialist and from 2008-2010 he served as the Director of Compliance at North Carolina State University. Scott and his wife Jenny currently reside in Concord, North Carolina with their two sons Matthew (5) and Duncan (2). |
