2011 PRESEASON ALL-AMERICA THIRD-TEAM (National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association & College Baseball Lineup.com)

At Charlotte - First player to earn three conference tournament championships and appearing in three NCAA Regionals ('07, '08, '11), pitching in all three postseasons... Finished with 17 career wins (tied for 12th in team history) and 13 career saves (third all-time at Charlotte), with a 3.17 ERA (fourth-lowest in team history)... Ended with lowest opponent batting average against (.202) in program history and the second-most games pitched (87) in school history.... Holds team record for postseason strikeouts (nine) and ties for the most postseason appearances (four games).

2011: Academic All-Conference... Led the team with four saves which he also did in 2007...In 17 innings on the hill he only walked five and struck out 18...matched his career-high strikeouts against Wake Forest.

2010: Led team in strikeouts per nine innings (11.49) and strikeout-to-walk ratio (8:1 for 40 strikeouts against five walks) and had the lowest walks per nine innings (1.44)... Tied his career-high of six strikeouts to earn his second save of the year with 2.1 scoreless innings at home against Saint Louis on May 14... Finished the season 4-0, with two saves in 24 appearances... Tied for 7th in the A-10 in appearances... All four wins and both saves came in conference games... Finished with an 0.84 ERA (two earned runs in 21.1 A-10 innings pitched) in 12 conference appearances... 2008: Factored in more wins, losses or saves than any player for Charlotte... Recorded back-to-back six-win seasons out of the bullpen... Tied for 12th in A-10 with three saves... Team was 15-6 in games in which he appeared... Lasted an inning or more in all but one of his 21 appearances... Allowed just five hits in five A-10 appearances, giving up a pair of hits in one appearance... did not allow a hit in at least one inning of work in three of seven conference outings... Did not allow a hit in seven of 21 overall appearances and did not allow a run in 15 of 21 overall appearances... Started the season by not allowing a hit in his first three appearances (4.2 innings) and a run in his first four appearances (5.2 innings)... Put together a streak of six consecutive games without allowing a run to end the regular season, including the conference tournament (team-best 17.2 innings pitched scoreless streak), lowering his ERA from 5.40 to 2.60 over that span... 2007: Atlantic 10 All-Freshman Team... Made second-most appearances for anyone on the pitching staff... Put together a 6-1 record and recorded four saves in first year of collegiate baseball... Tossed only a third of an inning of relief (came in with a pair of inherited runners in the ninth inning and recorded a groundout) in earning his first collegiate win as Charlotte scored two in the bottom of the ninth in a 7-6 victory at home against College of Charleston on 3/17... The next day in Charleston, finished the final 3.1 innings, allowing an unearned run in the tenth as Charlotte came back to win in extra innings at College of Charleston 7-6... Earned first career save after tossing an inning and inducing a bases-loaded double play in Charlotte's 12-10 win at Saint Louis on 3/4... Got a win in four straight appearances from 4/28 to 5/12, including three conference wins... Earned first career NCAA postseason save, tossing four innings of relief and striking out a career-high six batters in Charlotte's 12-10 elimination-game win over N.C. State on 6/3... Did not allow a run in seven consecutive games, a stretch of 15.1 innings from 4/28-5/25... Team was 17-3 in games in which he appeared... Dean's List (Spring and Fall), Chancellor's List (Fall, '06).

At Mt. Saint Joseph - Member of 2004 Maryland State Champion with record of 28-6 and a number-two overall ranking by the Baltimore Sun...
