Women’s soccer to hold Winter ID Showcase
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte women’s soccer program, 2013 Conference USA East Division champion, will welcome participants to campus for an upcoming Winter ID Showcase January 18.

The camp is designed for individuals who have goals and aspirations to play collegiate soccer and is ideal for players ranging in age from 14-22. It is designed to identify competitive collegiate-level players, teach them the demands of competing at the NCAA level, provide a high-quality training from a nationally-competitive program and give an in-depth look into all aspects of the Charlotte women’s soccer program.

The one-day showcase is set to begin at 8:30 a.m. with registration and will conclude by 4:15 p.m. It features two training sessions, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, along with lunch.

Participants are asked to bring running shoes in case the camp has to be moved indoors, cold weather clothing, a bottle for water that will be provided, cleats, shin guards and an optional change of clothing. A parental consent form must be turned in prior to the start of the camp.

Check-in will be at 8:30 a.m. at the Wells Fargo Field House. The registration fee is $85 for both online and by mail.

All Charlotte 49ers camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants and are only limited by the age, gender or grade level.
