CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Charlotte 49ers women's soccer program
and head coach John Cullen have announced the addition of six student-athletes
who have signed National Letters of Intent for the upcoming 2013 campaign. The
half dozen new Niners feature three in-state products, and one each from
Georgia, Louisiana and New Jersey.
"We are absolutely delighted to welcome these six young ladies and their
families, as well, to our team," Cullen said. "Throughout the entire recruiting
process, we got to know these young ladies and they are fantastic young people.
We believe they are tremendous soccer players and will be great additions to
our team.
"We are hopeful they get in here and get settled and adapted to our style of
play. All of them have great qualities and we're excited to see them bring
their qualities to our team and add to it. I have a great feeling about all six
of them that there will be opportunities for them to play because we have such
a young side. These six players will help us grow the next couple of seasons."
Below is a list of each of the six signees, alphabetically, with bio
