The 49ers men's basketball team arrived for a two-game five day trip to the Bahamas on Monday, August 13.

Recap of Day 1 in the Bahamas - Monday, August 13

The 49ers landed in the Bahamas about 2 pm. The team checked into the Atlantis Hotel at 3 pm. The 49ers ate lunch at Johnny Rockets and dinner at Anthony's Grill.

After checking into the hotel, the team had several hours of free time in which to enjoy the beach and the clear blue water. Some of the team hung out at the pool as well.

The 49ers are not the only college basketball team staying at Atlantis, as Arizona, Tulane and Florida Gulf Coast are also in the Bahamas this week.

The 49ers will play the Bahamian National team in both of their games in the Bahamas. Tonight, Tuesday, August 14, the 49ers will play their first game at 7 pm.
