The Peetz family needs your vote for a chance to win $30,000 for the Levine Children's Hospital.

They are finalists in the nationwide Primrose Family Dance-Off.  

The grand prize is $5,000 as well as a $30,000 donation to the hospital.  

Jason Peetz is a 49er alumnus who coached the cheerleaders for 13 years.  Their son, Jonathan, was born with multiple congenital anomalies and recently had his cranial/brain surgery at Levine.
