49ers Plays Tennessee Tech At Home This Weekend

The Charlotte 49ers men's tennis team (2-3) begins a five-match home stand against Tennessee Tech (0-4) at the Halton-Wagner Tennis Complex, Saturday, January 26 at 12 pm.

"We are looking forward to our first home match of the season this weekend with Tennessee Tech," Charlotte coach Billy Boykin said.  "We have a nice little home stand over the next few weeks and are excited to get some good match play in at our new facility."

Jordi Massalle Ferrer and Jack Williams each have recorded a team-leading 12 singles win.

Alex Calott and Forrest Edwards have each won eight singles matches. Paul Cisti has seven singles wins this season so far.

The doubles team of Massalle Ferrer and Alex Weber are a perfect 5-0. Forrest Edwards and Jack Williams have also combined for five doubles wins as well.
