Sarak Hang came to Charlotte as an intern assistant athletic trainer in the fall of 2007 and worked with men's soccer until taking over as the full-time assistant in August of 2008. He currently works with the track and field program.

Hang graduated from Charlotte in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training. 

He also serves as an approved clinical instructor for the Charlotte 49ers Athletic Training Education Program, enjoys playing intramural sports and seeking new technology.
